[Bug] Aereni Elf proficiency resets

If you pick an Aereni Elf, after you pick the skill or tool to be your double proficiency one, if you ever touch any skills (picking class, background, etc) it removes the racial skill even if it's not part of what you were doing.

It's been happening to me as well

EDIT: Happens when you level up as well
