Correct.
We took the decision that selling the Artificer class on it's own would be a bit of a rubbish user experience, because as soon as your character hit 3rd level, you'd need to go purchase a subclass. Plus, there would be an awkward scenario where it would be possible to purchase an artificer subclass but not able to use it without the artificer class.
So, instead, it's set-up so that purchasing any artificer subclass automatically grants the Artificer class.
I looked under Eberron: Rising from the last war under all purchase options and they aren't there, is this a bug?

D&D Beyond FoundersThey're now listed under Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, because the Artificer class is no longer Eberron specific.
