I purchased several things from the marketplace including the cantrip Sapping Sting and the Feat Squat Nimbleness, but I can't seem to find/access any of them other than the Entertainer background in the sheet builder. Do you have to do anything to get them, or should they show up and I don't know how to find them?
Sapping Sting requires you to be either a Death Cleric, or a Chronurgy or Graviturgy Wizard. You also need to have the Critical Role content slider turned on (red/to the right) in the preferences or home tab of the character builder. If you have any other class or subclass, and your DM OK'd using the spell, you can remove those restrictions by making a copy using the homebrew tools, which we can easily walk you through.
Squat Nimbleness is a feat. Normally these won't show up on the character building until level 4, and it'd show up as an option under 'Ability Score Improvement.' If you're adding a feat outside of that, you'd go to the sheet, not the sheet editor, go to 'features and traits,' scroll all the way down to the feats section, and click on 'Manage Feats' to open up the sidebar and add extra feats. Note also that Squat Nimbleness requires your character to be a dwarf or a small race. If your character is another race, like Human or Goliath, and you had DM permission to use this anyway, you would again go to the preferences/home tab and turn off (grey/to the left) 'feats' under 'Use Prerequisites.'
You should be seeing more than just 'Entertainer' in the background section, as there are multiple backgrounds available for free from the Basic Rules, but that might possibly be a separate issue. If you look on the feats page, you can filter by sources to make sure all the ones you ought to own are readable. Filter by source, then expand the results to make sure there's text instead of a link to the marketplace.
