This character sheet appears fine for me, in Chrome on a Mac. Do you have any extensions that may be interfering in both browsers? You might try disabling those, if present. An easy way to check is whether logging in to an Incognito browsing session and viewing the character sheet still gives you the graphical issues.
When I disabled hardware acceleration on my Mac it went away.
It is such a bizarre issue because it only appears for web pages that are using mouse interactions, like the logged-in character sheet, which has the digital dice.
I noticed this on Lucid.app as well, and that's when I put 2 and 2 together.
Attempting to view character sheets and am experiencing this severe display glitch.
Only affects character sheets, and have confirmed that the issue affects at least two browsers: Safari 13.1.3 and Firefox 89 on macOS 10.15.7.
Can you provide a link to an affected character?

I am getting this too!
Please help!
It started like a couple of days ago. Like this week.
All other pages are fine.
And it's for all my characters.
Note: it only shows when you are logged in. (so maybe something to do with the digital dice. However, it doesn't go away if I turn digital dice off).
Also, it happens on both Firefox and Chrome on a Mac.
Note: it looks like some form of CSS change.
Because in Chrome Dev tools when I remove some of the css classes it goes away.

I see this in safari where I have no plugins whatsoever. I don't ever even use safari.
Also, I tried in incognito mode as well and I see it.
I assume the issue is because I am on a Mac and because I am logged in.
Ok, PROBLEM SOLVED!
It's because of Hardware acceleration on the Mac in the browser.

The issue has gone away for me, despite not changing anything with respect to browser settings, plugins or anything of the sort.
The hardware acceleration idea is interesting. I wonder if I had another app open at the time that might have caused the issue?
