Hi there, Midgardians!
I'm European and I bought the WoW Ultimate Bundle, but I can't read the Deadmines dungeon and I didn't get the in-game items, such as the black dragon mount.
When I introduce the code, it says the code is not valid, but I have access to both the setting book and the Icecrown adventure.
Can you help me, please?
Thanks in advance.
I have not received access either. I've already contacted support. The source book is not in my library and when viewing the free table of contents the website does not recognize that I own the product.
Oh, thank you! I've contacted support too.
It worked after I contacted support. Best of luck to you!
I'm glad to hear that!
How long did it take since you made the report? 😂
Less than 10 minutes
Hi, can I ask where you got your items code from? Was it in an email or did you find it somewhere?
I did not pre order the physical edition so I received no codes in email. Just a purchase confirmation.
ah okay, thank ya anyway
I didn't get any response yet. I will let you know as soon as they contact me.
That said, I think it's not acceptable to pay for something and then not getting it, being forced to waste my time contacting support in order to resolve the issue and having to wait for an answer.
Me too. Get only purchase order and gift code. No WoW ingame items code. Very weird . But i will be waiting
I done purchase ,but i didnt recive any mail for WoW ingame items. Idk. Recive only 2 emails with purchase order and gift code only.
Maybe need too w8 more or let me know . Ty
how long time it take support answer ?
I still don't have any of my pre-order bonuses as well.
