So her Eldritch Blast isn't customized and her Eldritch Invocations are Repelling Blast and Agonizing Blast. She also has Eldritch Sight from the Eldritch Adept feat.
I recommend changing the invocation that's currently set to agonizing blast, back to "-" and it'll probably immediately snap back to agonizing blast. Keep changing it back to "-" until it sticks.
Then, set it to agonizing blast and everything should be fine.
There's some fairly odd circumstances that can cause this to occur. Hopefully this will resolve.

Weird that worked. I changed Agonizing Blast to Choose 2nd Option, and it remained as Agonizing Blast. I did it a second time, and it cleared. Then reset as Agonizing Blast and the + is now 5 instead of 20. Not sure what caused it to happen. We noticed it at 3rd lvl as +16 when her modifier was 4. So it was quadrupling it. It started when she added her Pact Boon Tome and Feat Eldritch Adept for Eldritch Sight.

D&D Beyond FoundersSounds like either they've customized it on the character sheet, or have somehow managed to take the eldritch invocation "Agonizing Blast" two times.
