In the Homebrew Creations listing, every type of homebrew thing on the list displays the "Edit, Make Public, Delete" line when you expand with the "+", except backgrounds. Thankfully, it still shows on the background's page, but it feels like a weird deviation, so I'm assuming it's a bug.
