I have a master subscription. I am finding that I can only add "module" content / magic items to characters in campaigns that I am running, with content sharing on.
For a character not assigned to any campaign, and for characters assigned to other people's campaigns, I'm not able to access the extra content.
Shouldn't I be able to add extra content stuff to my own character sheets, regardless of if they're in a campaign with sharing or not, given I have a subscription???
Thanks!

Doesn't it? I can see all the modules, all the books, and seemingly can see all the content? If I "share content" in my campaigns, then all the content is unlocked for those characters...or...seems to be sort of. There's some weirdness in that too. In one campaign "The ring of winter" shows up fine for a character, but in another campaign with sharing, it does not....and I don't know why.
Master subscriptions do not grant access to content publised in WotC books.
If someone with a Master subscription turns on content sharing, then the content owned by all users in that campaign is shared, within that campaign (in terms of use on character sheets). So if you're in Campaigns A (with persons 1,2,3, and 4), B (with persons 2,5,6, and 7), and C (with persons 1,3,7, and 8), you will be able to read any of the sources owned by you or any of persons 1-8. Your character in campaign A can only use resources owned by you or persons 1,2,3, or 4. So if only person 6 has Tomb of Annihilation (the source for the Ring of Winter), then you would be able to read its entry no matter what, but could only give your character in Campaign B the ring.

Do you own any content here? Having a Master Tier subscription allows content sharing, but it doesn't unlock everything.
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
Quicksilver & The Scarlet Witch - A pair of magical firearms for your Gunslinger or Artificer.
