Your resistance is showing in the defenses section (click on your armor class). The class features do not state you get advantage to saving throws against fire, only resistance to fire. The resistance to poison and advantage to poison saves is due to the Belt of Dwarvenkind that you're wearing while you're a dwarf. I'll tag this as a bug for the double-poison advantage and resistance.
I understand that. I was trying to point out that it would be nice to see all that info in one block as opposed to having to piece the resistances together from varied source elements.
When the character reaches the appropriate level, it will also gain lightning resistance so boiling it all to one place for poison, fire, lightning visibility would be useful.
This is more a usability suggestion than a function.

As you can see in https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/AndrewRobert/characters/715482, resistance to poison is listed twice. It should be listed once and resistance to fire should be listed from the Forge Cleric class feature.
