Can a multiclass Eldritch Knight + Artificer Armorer Weapon Bond his/her Lightning Launcher? It is considered a ranged weapon. This could potentially allow that character to summon his armor from anywhere, given that the weapon is integrated into the armor.
I have not seen any mention of this combo effect. Perhaps my google skills are lacking...
"Lightning Launcher. A gemlike node appears on one of your armored fists or on the chest (your choice). It counts as a simple ranged weapon, with a normal range of 90 feet and a long range of 300 feet, and it deals 1d6 lightning damage on a hit."
It counts as a weapon. That doesn't mean that it technically is a separate weapon, or even if it was, that the entire suit of armor would come with it.

The gemlike node is created within and by the armour, and you could change its position each time you formed the armour (hell even a forehead gem is possible if you have a helmet).
But it's not a weapon in its own right, just counts as one for the sake of the attack action, thus allowing for multi attacks from 5th level.
I would say that it's up to DM interpretation. Some DMs would probably agree with Nightfall, in the fact that the gem itself only counts as a weapon for specific purposes, and isn't truly a weapon. Others might state that, since it's a "special weapon," that it'll count for all of your Eldritch Knight needs. Aaaaand some troll DMs will state that you manage to teleport the gem to you, but the rest of your armor is still left back at the impound lot. Thing is, there should be very few circumstances in general, where your character might stray too far away from his armor. this is especially true, if you consider how you can doff/don your magical Full Plate in only an action, while it takes the Paladin forever just to attach his greaves just right.

No is the blunt answer to your question.

Let's chat.
I really need to post more :)
