So when you reach certain levels you get certain spells always prepared, like at level 9 you get fireball. So my question is do they count as artificer spells for you? The main reason i ask is because to be able to put a spell in the spell storing item it has to be an artificer spell.
but in the tashas 2014 artificer it specifically says they count as artificer spells for you, but with the new eberron book it doesnt specifically say that they count as artificer spells for you

If you look at the Artificer class's Spellcasting feature, you'll find your answer:
If another Artificer feature gives you spells that you always have prepared, those don’t count against the number of spells you can prepare with this feature, but those spells otherwise count as Artificer spells for you.
All 2024-style classes with a Spellcasting feature have a clause like this.

Yes, they are added to your artificer spell list.
