Background: The All-Purpose Tool +1 gives you a +1 attack roll, +1 spell save DC, proficiency with any tool, and an additional cantrip that can be changed at dawn.
The DnDBeyond sheet implements the attack roll and the spell save DC correctly, but not the other two features.
The last thing though, is that the cantrip it provides counts as an Artificer spell, so should get the +1 to attack and DC, but this method doesn't catch that because it shows as coming from the fake feat/tool. Is there a way to catch that one last change it needs to be all correct?

No, that's been a bug for a very long time, and we've been told it's essentially impossible to fix with the current system.

How do you manually ad cantrips to the character sheet? I also need to ad a cantrip for the APT, and my way, was to just make a feat that gave me a cantrip from any class, and added a free feat to my character named APT. But a way to just ad a cantrip sounds way more useful, as there are multiple other ways to get a cantrip that is not on ddb

You can try creating a custom action for the cantrip and name it APT. (Now I have APT stuck in my head...)

Ah, I thought there was a way to manually ad spells and/or cantrips to a ddb character sheet, the same way you can just "give" a character a feat maually.
sry about APT, I always try and find a way to make often used items and terms in games in to acronyms, as when you get in to the theory and build talk, you don't want to write All-Purpose Tool +x 200 times, especially when you get to hypothetical dpr calculations when you calculate factors with and without x item/feature.
Adding it as a feat via the video above did work. I just remind myself to add a +1 to the attack or save DC if applicable to the cantrip, since the added cantrip counts as an artificer spell. This also makes it easy to set the tool that it's currently set to.

I found this very helpful video that shows how to implement those as a homebrew feat, and it's almost got it:

You can do a manual override and just add it into the system. I did that with undying corruption features once and it worked.
Hiya! You can call me Link. Here’s a bit about me:
