about homonculus servant and arcane lock spells

hi guys im a new player that currently playing artificer battle smith in my first campaign, there's some spell rules that i want to ask. as an artificer, after i cast those two spells (homonculus servant and/or arcane lock) do i need to keep the spells in my prepared spell list or can i swap it without losing its effect?

No, you generally do not need to keep spells prepared after casting them for their effects to continue.

Homunculus Servant is technically an instantaneous spell that's over immediately; the creature it creates persists until it loses all of its hit points or you cast the spell again. Arcane Lock's effects last until someone dispels it.

Your homunculus servant wont have much hp and will probably die often at higher levels. So you may want to keep it prepared or make some scrolls of the spell you can carry around with you.
