Very Rough Pitch of a Wandslinger subclass I‘be been advocating for since 2017 version. Given official came and Artillerist was included with Wands extraneously attached I guess I have to homebrew it myself to ever see it in a full subclass form.
Does this seem like too much toys for a subclass compared to official subclasses? I think mathematically it holds up compared to Fighter and a little below Artillerist and Battlesmith. I haven’t really considered Multiclassing so any issues with releasing a class with Dualcast as written or other issues with some features?
3rd: Craft a wand with two damaging Cantrips from the Artificer Spell list, changeable on Short rest. As well as 1 levelled Spell from Artificer Spell list for which you have a spell slot, changeable on long rest. That levelled Spell can be cast once per long rest for free as if cast using your highest level spell slot. Recrafting the wand over the course of a long rest.
5th: Dual Cast, when you use your action to cast a cantrip from your wand, you can cast the other Wand cantrip as a bonus action.
9th: You can expend a use of your Flash of Genius to increase your own Attack or Damage by your Intelligence modifier as well the usual uses. Your number of uses per long rest increases to twice you Intelligence Modifier.
15th: You can Infuse up to 3rd level spells when using spell storing item feature.
I'm playing my artillerist as a wandslinger. Improved arcane focus is of course a wand, once I hit 5, this will serve as my arcane firearm, and my Eldritch cannon is always in its tiny, handheld form as a second wand.
Beyond that, as we adventure, I plan on collecting and crafting other spell wands to swap out to cast from on the fly.

Why Do you need this subclass?
The artillerist is basically already a wandslinger.
