Maybe (probably) I am wrong, but as far as the wording goes spells "cast" through the "Spell-Storing Item"-ability of the artificer don't require components including those that in general get consumed. So would it be possible to create 10 (if your Intelligence is 20) lanterns with a cold everlasting flame inside (as long as you have 10 basic lanterns) by storing Continual Flame with the ability?
I had been assuming you would either not be able to , or still had to pay cost materials hile using spellstoring item. but. it states "a creature can take an action to produce the spell’s effect from it," so.. you're not actually casting the spell. You're just producing the effect.
so.. I guess you don't actually have to pay for it? so that is a n funny fun way to retire as an artificer, or make money during off days. Selling alchemy jar stuff, and lanterns or flashlights in metal tubes with apatures you can twist to open/close to degrees
This is an unfortunate artefact of the wording of the ability, and I anticipate it's going to be Sage Advice'd or even errata'd in a hurry.
As of right now, by RAW, you don't need to produce material components to "produce the effect" of a spell. You only need to provide components to cast the spell, which SSI does not allow you to do. So yes, you could manufacture ten everburning lanterns or equivalent items per day. Or ten Arcane Lock spells, or ten Magic Mouths, or ten Snares, or ten anything-else with consumable material components.
Any DM that allows you to do so is new at their job and will get around to figuring out why the entire magical economy hasn't collapsed under the weight of artificers janking their way around providing material components for material spells. The answer tends to be either "Okay; this works, but it means the item is now worthless since it can be mass-manufactured by artificers for no materials investment" or "okay; someone need to provide material components for the spell when it's cast from an SSI or the spell fails."
I think Alter-self is a strong pick as it isn't illusionary like disguise self and comparison warlocks get an invocation for alter-self at will at level 15. Other than that I think Invisibility and catapult would be interesting picks.

I simply wanted to light up the realm of Borovia and bring the people "hyappines". Yeah...I guessed that it wouldn't be a sustainable source of income.

Well snare wouldn't work sadly. (That was one of my go to ideas for a character).
Casting time of 1 min prevents it from being the spell item.

Nothing in Creation can bring the people of Barovia happiness. Barovia is a place where happiness dies. As do adventurers. Frequently.
