RAW, the APA and the Thunder Gauntlet are each their own independent weapon. You can't stack them to deal 1d8 thunder and 1d8 force any more than you can hold two longswords in one hand and "stack" those to get 2d8 slashing. You can, as written, choose which of those two weapons you're using with any given attack but you only ever get the properties of one weapon with an attack. No Thunder Gauntlet disadvantage on an APA rocket punch attack, and similarly no Rocket Punch ranged strike on a Thunder Gauntlet punch.
A DM can choose to override this of course, but I'd be wary of doing so. Allowing someone to combine two weapons into one strike is a dicey road, and it'll piss off the conventional weapon users on a team who get no such considerations.
hm... the arcane propulsion arm to me feel like it depends of what you are after or if the DM is ok with it for yes it be a HUGE thing on monks for the arm is considered as a magic melee weapon with thrown property for 1d8 force damage with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet but what if you put it on a pack of the blade warlock or a hex blade or a Bladesinging Wizard can use one-handed melee weapon and the arcane propulsion arm is literally a one-handed melee weapon.
Problem with most of those is it is "Arcane propulsion Armor" not just an arm. Monks don't usually want to wear armor, neither do wizards. I'm not quite sure how the interaction with the different bladelocks would work out, but I'm pretty sure it can't be your Pact weapon. But considering it for other characters that don't usually have great ranged options like warbarians or fighters is absolutely a useful tool. (Although lvl14 is still a pretty big ask for what it is)
well i say pointing out that do to the wording of some of the subclass fetchers technically warlocks and wizards can also use the arcane propulsion arm with the build like for the wording of The Hexblade "hex warrior" you can use ANY weapon for as long as that you are proficient with it and that lacks the two-handed property unless you have Pact of the Blade witch also adds more thing's to it veva Eldritch Invocations.
as for the wizerd well part of the Bladesinging subclass "Training in War and Song" fetcher says you gain proficiency with one type of one-handed melee weapon of your choice and the arcane propulsion arm in my book is a melee weapon that is literally one-handed.
how ever its up to the DM if it works or not. "shrug"
