Yes, you can provide your infused items to other characters for them to use and/or attune to, or infuse items they already own. As far as I'm aware, there's no way to represent this in dndbeyond as of yet (dndbeyond sheets are mostly self-contained, so it'd be a bit complicated), but it shouldn't be too difficult to keep track of.
You can create the infusion on your own sheet, to keep track of the fact that you've currently got it active.
Whoever you're giving the item to can add the item to their sheet; if you're infusing their armor, they can switch their thing for the +1/2 version, or if you're handing them an item they can just add it.
It's a bit of a hassle, but to be fair it wouldn't be less of a hassle on pen and paper unless you do the Critical Role thing and keep all your magic lewtz on separate index cards you can pass around to whoever has the thing.
Follow up question, When infusing for Walloping Ammunition, Is it just one piece of ammunition or an entire stack? Does exactly state what the RAW for this are...
I would say RAW it's a single piece of ammunition, given that the "infusing an item" states that each infusion can only be in one object at a time, and a stack of arrows isn't really one object. That's probably easier to discuss with your DM, however, as they might rule more leniently.
This is something I'm doing with my "Right Tool for the Job" ability, But I edit the description on the tool sets to indicate that I have them because of my "right tool for the job feature". I imagine they can do that too so that they have a note that it is an infusion and you can tell them it's no longer active.
Why not just search or create a homebrew item. You can't infuse that many items at a time, so unless you're planning on creating/replacing items frequently, how many customs do you really need?

FYI hardly any of those search results are actual Infused items that fit one of the non-Replicate Magic Item Infusions, and the ones that are are technically not allowed to be published homebrew.

Can you infuse someone else's weapon or item or create a magical item and have someone else attune and use it?
