You need to decide if you are going to use Reckless Attacks when you make the first attack on your turn. However the advantage it gives applies to all strength based melee weapon attacks you make during that turn.
Yes, all strength based melee weapon attacks you make that turn have advantage. That includes your claws and other natural weapons, unarmed strikes, etc. Even if the attack was made with your Bonus Action.
The only kinds of attacks that wouldn't be made at advantage would be spell attacks, ranged weapon attacks, and melee weapon attacks not based off of strength.
To finalize the detail, as per a SA I once read, this also includes OA using the Strength weapon you are most certainly swinging with wild abandon. All Strength based attacks. It's worth it most of the time IMO, as Barbarians are less about avoiding damage and more about just not giving a damn about it. Only time my Barbarian isn't Reckless is when I already have advantage from another source, ie: Flanking (if your table plays with this rule)

I can't imagine there are many circumstances that would have you making an Opportunity Attack during your own turn, but yeah, technically. Most Opportunity Attacks you make will be on turns other than your own, however, and thus will not be impacted by Reckless.
So just quick question, if I'm using claws, and i reckless attack, do both claw attacks get advantage or just the first one?
Because it says make an additional claw attack as part as that same action and reckless attack simply says when you make your first attack

So then technically all my claw attacks(2 normal + 1 extra attack) that turn would have advantage?
