Hey so I am building a barbarian totem warrior level 4 and multiclass to blood hunter lycan level 4 for total of being level 8. I'm just wondering, could you still be raging and use blood curse and crimson rites? since I'm not sure if blood curse are consider as spells or magic and barbarian while raging can't use or concentrate on spells. any help clearing this would help.

Under the rules as written, yes, you can. Barbarians can't cast spells while raging, but Blood Curses and Crimson Rites are not spells.
Generally, when D&D rules say something about "spells", they only mean actual spells, not all magical effects.
