As I have one, how do you mean the the most fun? I just fell into using a gnome and not sure how to roleplay it. Not knowing anything about gnomes, I just know gnomes as the garden guardian statutes.
DnD gnomes are small, often not depicted as muscular or anything of the kind, and usually very friendly. The dichotomy between the gnome's appearance and expected behavior vs being a rageful barbarian can be super fun to play with

Gnomes get Magical Cunning which gives them advantage on WIS INT and CHA saving throws.
Barbarians get Rage(Advantage on STR saving throws) and Danger Sense(Advantage on DEX saving throws)
Please let me know if you can find a way to get advantage on CON saving throws

It is a good idea to have a high CON to start with and Barbarians get a proficiency bonus on CON.
But if you do a warlock dip, you can get an advantage on concentration.
But overall, why do you need an advantage in CON? Is it to do a paper drill & check a box?
Just to check a box

Brilliant!
Gnome barbarians are also the most fun for roleplay, for what it's worth
