Each method of calculating AC is considered separately and the highest result is used, so a warforged barbarian will have 10+con+ dex, 11+dex+prof, or 13+dex(max 2)+prof, whichever is highest.
By RAW, yes they can still rage, but DMs are likely to rule otherwise. Likewise heavy armor mastery and the defense fighting style do not apply, though you can probably convince your DM to change that. The Eberron book is still in playtest, so the rules aren't quite as tight on things as they should be.
Your either using the Barbarian calculations or your using the War Forged Calculations. One is based purely on physiology of the Warforged and the other is based on the way the barbarian fights and how they learn to take blows. They are two separate things. So you'd only pick one calculation or the other. Not both. All the unarmored nature of the one form is there for is to allow you to choose the barbarian or the Monk ac calculation if you choose to instead of just outright refusing you the ability to potentially use those class features. But like any other race with such class features. You have to pick whether to use them or to use a different AC calculation.
If they took the heavy armor option that would be like wearing heavy armor for all other races. So you wouldn't get the benefits from rage like if you were in medium armor or unarmored.

That's a DM's decision. By RAW, they are not wearing armor. Unless a character goes out and buys armor to put on their Warforged, they are not wearing armor. They may be armored as if they had on heavy armor, but they are not wearing armor. Keith Baker, the creator of the Races of Eberron, clearly states in this Q&A http://keith-baker.com/wgte-faq/
Composite Plating and Heavy Plating both say “Armored” but do they count as medium and heavy armor respectively? Specifically does a warforged Barbarian in Heavy Plating mode lack access to the benefits of rage?
As written, the current version simply specifies that plating counts as armor, not that it counts specifically as heavy or medium armor. So in this version, a warforged barbarian can rage while in the heavy plating mode… though they will have to acquire the heavy armor proficiency before they can use heavy plating.
I will note that Keith Baker is, as far as I know, not a rules dev and this may get clarified/retconned/whatevered to the opposite when the actual Eberron book hits print.

does a warforged barbarian have AC=13+dex+pro+con since they are not wearing armour?
if they took the heavily armour trait could they still rage for the same reason?
if on top of all that would the heavy armour master's -3 to non magical BSP damage apply?

No they do not add together like that.
