I would personally prefer to keep CON as the higher stat. You get both of your most desired stats in terms of defense out of it, AC and HP. Adding to that you get advantage on most DEX saves and later to Initiative aswell, which makes CON the more valuable stat to have imho. Since OP plans to go Bear Totem, HP is worth even more, considering the only damage not halved is psychic.
