It's very simple. A grung, beast barbarian. Natural weapon: tail.
Picture this. You have 3 foot tail creature with a 10 ft tail. I would also argue that his poison damage ability still qualified. (We would move his +2 into strength from dexterity)
Side note: these "natural weapons" do NOT count as unarmed strikes. Correct? So we can't go into monk and deal 3d12 with flurry of blows.
