So, I'm trying to figure out how to optimize this idea I've had. How could I get the most out of these 3 subclasses? I think it would be easy to RP. I'm thinking just a level 1ish splash of life cleric, I'd want 3-4 invocations and the rest in lore bard. Any idea how to min-max this? Basically I'm going for a healer/utility with a fully powered EB. Any thoughts on race? Thanks all.
This was a pre-Tasha's build so it might have future updates in a later vid. I heard it discussed that a certain post-Tasha's druid circle might be even better for the healer base than the life cleric.
I don't think warlock was ever mentioned as a means for further optimizing the healer capacity of this build. I made a version of this bard with ever-so-slightly different spell selection; like I took another support spell rather than taking Toll-the-Dead.
I can try tinkering with some warlock inclusion myself if you like, but I think it means trading away some healer optimization in exchange for that Eldritch Blast.

Thank you for your time and please have a very pleasant day.
Well, I know the celestial spirit class d'6 heals dont activate the extra heals from life cleric, which is a bummer, but it does give me a couple free d6 heals and gives me access to EB with AB, which I thought was cool. Just liked the idea of having EB, but still focusing mainly on healing. Thanks for the reply!
I actually found Sword Bard / Divine Soul Sorc to be super utilitarian and a diverse character. You could drop a few levels in Warlock to up your diversity.
My combo would be a triple multicast as a hospitality Halfling. At lw 14 you are at your most powerful .
1 lw in Life Cleric for guidance and extra healing from class.
3lw in Celestial Warlock you have 4 d6 heals as a bonus action and having goodberry from halfling that you can give to your Familiar imp, And you always have above-average damage with Eldritch blast
10lw Lore bard you get mass healing words from Magical Secrets and lw 2 summon Steed, at lw 10 you get to summon draconic spirit and Greater steed.
As a feat inspiring leader for extra health and upcast the Aid Spell .
Combo
Action use - Eldritch blast / Any damage spell.
Bonus action - Mass cure words/ cure word
Reaction - Silvery barbs / bardic inspiration cutting words
3 summons with draconic, Peryton and imp summon that is not mounted (Also buffed from aid/inspiring leader. )
Action economy is the game here this way you always have something and have enough spells to add for out-of-combat (The other spells to add are catnap, identify, comprehend languages, and detect magic )

It doesn't include the warlock, but my favorite optimizer has a healer build for the lore bard that uses one level of life cleric.

I'm working on a Lore Bard / Celestial Warlock (Tome) combo. The ultimate utility/support/skill monkey build, from what I can see.

You added Life Domain, I just used "Additional Magical Secrets" (Pass Without Trace + Spirit Guardians) instead. (bard 6, warlock 5)
Very similar, both very good indeed. 11 cantrips is nothing to sneeze at, and the support/utility spells rock.
