-When you join the College of Swords at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor and the scimitar. You gain proficiency in acrobatics and performance skills if you don't already have them.
If you’re proficient with a simple or martial melee weapon, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.
At 3rd level, you adopt a particular style of fighting as your specialty. Choose one of the following options. You can't take a Fighting Style option more than once, even if you later get to choose again: (note there is a change in twf)
*Dueling. When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon.
*Two-Weapon Fighting. Once on your turn when you take the attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you are holding in one arm, you can make one additional attack with a different light melee weapon that you are holding in the other hand as part of the same action. If either weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon instead of making a melee attack with it.
Also at level 3, you can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your weapon attacks.
You also can add a die equals to your inspiration die to your damage rolls or dexterity saving throws. You can use this feature number of times equals to your charisma modifier and regain it after a long rest.
-Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. You can replace one of your attacks with a cantrip.
-At level 14, you become at peak with spellcasting as well with weapons. You gain uncanny dodge: when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you. Moreover, as part of the same reaction you can choose to get 10ft to any direction without provoking opportunity attack or you can make a counter melee attack as well against the same creature or another creature within reach.
*I think it's an improvement and balanced version of swords bard.

This is a mess. You've removed the non-damage effects of the Flourishes (note that Defensive Flourish was the primary saving grace of Swords Bards before you did this) and the speed boost from the Attack action, crippled the number of times you can pseudo-Flourish to be LR based instead of SR based, and patched the nerf with some buffs of varying strength that overall just don't make a lot of sense (like giving them universal Finesse, as if they were monks-but-better).

Porting the Blade Dancer wizard EA over to Bards is reasonable for a subclass like this.

Needs substantial grammar fixes, but overall feels overpowered and also weird.

No, look. The core problem of Swords Bards is that the Flourishes are a fundamentally poor use of Inspiration Dice. That's really what you need to focus on. A good Bard subclass upgrades Bardic Inspiration.

Yeah. Flourishes should be tied to PB and short rests, otherwise Swords bards are fine.
