Considerations: By Level 5, you should consistently be able to avoid anyone seeing through your deceptions and manipulations, since then you'll have a minimum result on your Deception and Persuasion checks will be a 20.
Experience: I played this character in a one-shot, so there wasn't too much to say about it. I was happy with the character's performance.
