I had an idea for a character recently that fell into the category of a Bard of Glamour, specifically because of its seductive and charming effects. But the lore problem arrises as which because my character is a Tiefling who is the Son of a Succubus (Incubus) raised in a Brothel or in a freakshow (Can’t decide between the two). I understand that the college of glamour has ties to the Feywild, but would the power of such potent charms be available to a non-fey touched creature, but instead be raised and trained under a being who is the fiend equivalent of a Satyr? And would he still be considered a College of Glamour Bard?
Anything can work; just some are more straightforward.
You didn't call out the race for the mother. Could be an elf, or an eladrin (which have strong feywild connections). Mom, helped him deal with the struggle of his heritage, by involving the child in hers.
Being raised in (location of choice), the child spend time in the forest to "get away from it all". Stumbled on the connections there, or was "charmed" by it and decided to choose that path.
The child was part of some sinister bargain made with a hag in the Feywild. Eladrin rescued the child, returning it to the real world, but a connection remains.
Reskin Glamour to something more sinister; The incubus was a servant of Fraz'urb'Lu (demon prince of lies and illusions) and your power isn't tied to the feywild, but the charms of the incubus / demon lord. Maybe they don't KNOW that, and other glamour bards find his powers strange to them.
The Tiefling was wandering in the woods, and stumbled into the feywild, or taken prisoner there, and learned his tricks trying to return home.
I like the sinister reskin in idea, but I got the parents mixed, meant my mother was a succubus who works at a brothel, and my dad was some high placed human noble who doesn’t know I exist and abused my mother when she is called to him. Eventually he found out about her origins and had her killed and his secret life with her, leaving me orphaned and aimless, to be raised by the Minstrels and Prostitutes there at the brothel, along with the Madam of the “institute”. His later life he is an extremely captivating and rising pop star (Think Elton John, David Bowie, or Prince Type) among peasants and nobles alike hoping that eventually he will grab the attention of the father that abandoned him using his fiend given skills along with his voice. His father also is one of his the characters drive, to force his father to consciously kill himself in the name of his son that he has never acknowledged so he could get some closure for himself and vengeance for his mother, and I would dip into warlock for some flavor (Maybe two-three levels if it is worth it) for that Demon Lord because he is another father figure for him close in level to the Bard that trained him. But the demon lord might have some secret plans for him. That is just my vision, HMU what you think.

Just some thoughts. GLHF
I see no reason to not just reflavor the glamour bard a bit. Talk to your DM and see if she / he has issues with doing that.
