Mercantile Bard Magic Coin

I noticed while using this class that the "to hit" roll is calculated using only the Charisma bonus instead of the spell attack roll like it states in the description. Furthermore, it looks like the Charisma bonus is also added to the damage of the coin for some reason despite it not being stated anywhere. Is this how it's intended to be played?

No, that's a bug and should be reported in the Bugs & Support forum (or the Release Issues thread for the book it came from, if there is one).

Also a bug, but one that may not be fixable in the current system. The dice roller doesn't really properly support attacks that have multiple damage types or that don't include the ability modifier. A proper implementation of that feature may have to wait until their big character builder overhaul is finished.
