Mantel of Majesty says it requires your concentration.
And usually you can only concentrate on one thing at a time....

Mantle of Majesty requires Concentration, so it works the same as a Concentration spell.
You can cast a Concentration spell while it's active, but doing so ends your Concentration on Mantle of Majesty. Just like a Concentration spell.
