Magical Secrets does not give me the option to learn the spell "Heal"

Not sure if I'm missing something, but when building my Lore Bard my magical secrets options don't include the 6th level spell "Heal". Is there a reason for this that I'm missing?

Just guessing here, but bards do not have access to 6th level spells as magical secrets until their level 14 choice.
