I am confused on two items on my Character sheet if someone can take a look at it (linked below) I see no explanation for why My Initiative shows as +4 when by all rights as far as I can tell it should be +3 and I have had to manually adjust my MAX HP which if my math is Correct should be 24 but naturally the character sheet tool had me at 21. Can someone look at this and confirm that I am either correct and there is a bug on the Character Sheets or I am wrong and explain why so I can correct it? https://ddb.ac/characters/16708507/6JBQue

By Error! With a roll of the d20, I get... [roll]1d20[/roll]
I am unable to load the character for whatever reason, but the answer to your question about initiative is the Jack of Trades feature which adds half your proficiency bonus to any ability check that doesn't already add your proficiency bonus. Initiative in an ability check and thus receives the bonus. I ran into this same confusion just a month ago when building a bard for a new campaign and the below Sage Advice was the only thing that cleared the confusion.
I was able to get the character sheet to work (cut out the part).
I can confirm that your initiative is correct. It is boosted by Jack of all trades as pointed out by Derksmash.
Your HP does seem off if it is taking the average. Are you using average or manual HP in preferences? If you are using manual and you put in 21, it will add your 3 points from CON automatically.
