For some reason, the thought of making a bard that produces songs of death and destruction, killing without sympathy, and manipulating others to go towards his own malicious ulterior motives is very appealing to me. Also, I've always wanted to make an evil party face.
Do you want a very flashy and obvious super villain who monologues and cackles as the world burns around them? College of Glamour. Do you want a shadowy villain who can be anyone and whose whispers topple kingdoms while they seemingly remain innocent, playing cat and mouse with the increasingly paranoid heroes? College of Whispers.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
Thank you. And I think I will go with whispers. One I'm trying to make is trying to appear as good but using it just as a means to a truly evil goal... Idk what the goal is yet though
Picking your antagonist's motivation is pretty important and what you pick depends on what kind of antagonist you want. Do you want someone who you can eventually reveal to be a monster, or do you want someone who might be somewhat sympathetic?

Maybe I'll make his goals something someone could sympathize with. Make the party choose evil, but for a good reason, or their own goal. Maybe have the goals conflicting. Hmmmm
How about a College of Whispers Bard that is highly intelligent and uses their gift in Charisma to psychoanalyze victims and get them to confess their weaknesses, and then he exploits those weaknesses to force victims to further his agenda. That is high charisma and pure evil in my view.

boy band/pop singer, that grasps the power of so much adoration to be loved by an entire nation, and uses it for behind the scenes benefits. slowly enthralling their fan base over time, turning them into a ravenous living army.. giggiddy.

How should I go about this?

I'm thinking about a bard with some sexual explicit focus................... but I guess THAT is explicitly forbidden here........
