One of my players(Bard; College of Creation) is thinking about multiclassing as a Cleric of the Domain of Song. Has anyone done this before? I'm totally fine with him doing whatever he wants, but he's a new player and I just want to make sure that this isn't redundant.
Would multiclassing like this give him cool new features or is the cleric domain of song essentially a bard?
What is domain of song? It is not UA or official content (as far as I'm aware). They need high wisdom, dex and charisma (I would choose dex over strength). I think that song is a bard thing, and delaying spell slots and levels is not a good idea. So stay bard, and creation is fun. What race are they? Any feats? What level are they? Whatever this info is, I would say stick with bard.
