What I like about the Twilight Domain is how many different forms "night" can take. The base twilight domain seems to be a sort of "refuge in the night" or "resting hours" type thing, but an evil twilight deity could be representative of the fears that come with the darkness just as a neutral twilight deity could be representative of "guidance from the stars" in a divination type way. It's kind of weird, but here is what you could use. This leaves out Good, chaotic, and lawful, but does contain true neutral. The main users of the list include some gods of the dead, secrets, the unknown, fear, etc.
Anthreos, god of passage & guidance of the dead (Lawful Evil)
Takhisis, goddess of night and hatred (Lawful Evil)
Beshaba, goddess of misfortune. (Chaotic Evil)
Tharizdun, god of eternal darkness (Chaotic Evil)
Shar, goddess of darkness and loss (Neutral Evil)
Vecna, god of evil secrets (Neutral Evil)
Kruphix, god of horizons (True Neutral)
Celestian, god of stars and wanderers (True Neutral)
Are there any that have "Evil" in their alignment?

For your cleric, I recommend you take spells like inflict wounds, blindness/deafness, and bestow curse.

Considering there isn’t a “darkness” domain, I consider any “god of darkness” to give their clerics Twilight Domain powers.
