Am I missing something? War Cleric Domain Spells aren't showing up on the Character Builder. The Spells show up on the Character Sheet when you play, but they're not in the Builder.
I just checked my Life Cleric character and it's the same, with the domain spells viewable on the character sheet and under manage spells, but not in the character builder. So you're not missing anything, and it's not just you or War Domain.
The Divine Domain section in the Builder lets you choose the domain, but doesn't show additional info about the domain after it's been selected. I suppose it might be a feature to request, to have a short description and the list of Domain Spells? I don't know how difficult it might be to implement though. For another level-1 subclass example, my Sorcerous Origin doesn't get a description after selecting one either, it just gives the subclass-associated features in separate boxes. Maybe Domain Spells could be in a separate box to give the details for the selected Domain?
Alright so I just checked them and it's pretty inconsistent. Of the 14 D&DBeyond Supported Clerical Domains, only 5 have their Domain Spells listed in the Character Builder; those being Forge, Order, Grave, Peace and Twilight.
Okay, so the PHB ones, plus Death Domain from the DMG and Arcana Domain from SCAG, are the ones affected by the setup.
It's probably an issue of the Domain Spells being treated as a subfeature of Divine Domain in the earlier books, while Xanathar's & Tasha's treat the Spells as a separate feature. The Cleric Table in PHB & The Cleric Class in D&DB Compendium doesn't list Domain Spells as a feature, just Divine Domain. Xanathar's & Tasha's do have Domain Spells listed in their Cleric Table, so they're more an exception.
