So I'm preparing to make a character for the next campaign I'm joining and I wanted to play a claric that drinks, gambles, smokes and enjoys pleasures of the body. I already have an idea for the personality and backstory but I just don't have an idea of what Domain would fit this character. I'm up to suggestions.
I would suggest Trickery domain. The deities for that domain more-or-less fit the type of toon you're describing, even without being generous with the interpretations of their respective stations in the pantheon.
I should mention that this setting is a home brew setting where there is only one Goddess. The big religion in the campaign is "the everlasting light" and I thought playing a degenerate priest with terrible habits would be fun. I think I'll take a look at the trickery domain.
Life domain could work for someone attached to the pleasures of the flesh.
Learned dy Cabon, from the Paladin of Souls (by Lois McMaster Bujold), is a nice example of a character who is both sincerely pursuing his divine calling but still very much attached to more earthly delights.

I was a little surprised Sharess (aka Bast) the God of Hedonism is classed as war domain.
Trickery would work, you could also go with a hippy vibe and go peace domain.
Trickery.
You could do tempest since the seafaring worshipers tend to be sailors (or even pirates)...who might have a rep for drinking, etc.
I don't see any reason not to use twilight as long as you fight the night terrors.
War is so broad you could make an appropriate background story/profile.
