Okay... welp. My Grave Cleric pledged himself to a new god for a powerful weapon. In the processes became more fire flavored Light Cleric. Welp... My character has the weapon. It has bonus to hit, extra spells and 3d10 extra damage on hit.
PROBLEM: I can't hit with it. My strength is horrendous. 8 (-1). I was thinking of him using his level 8 feat or multiclassing into something. My current thought was multiclassing into Hexblade Patron Warlock. With just 1 level dip it gives the weapon a +8 to hit with Hex Warrior. The weapon is sentient... at least it hums and whispers sometimes. And it likes some blood from time to time...
Any cleric/warlock multiclass players out there? Does it work in the long term?
I dont know, that's not the kind of choice I have made for multi-classing. Are you using 2024 rules? If so, picking up true strike as a cleric cantrip solves your issue.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

Nope. We're in the previous edition, also it's a weapon I'm not proficient in, so not sure if True Strik 2024 would work.
