The description of Warding Flare under Light Domain Clerics in the 2014 edition of PHB states that "An attacker that can't be blinded is immune to this feature."
This phrase is not mentioned in the 2024 edition of PHB.
Should we expect an errata on this later on or does this ability simply now works on all attacks within range?

The change seems very intentional to me.
Keep in mind the effect doesn't actually blind the target, so immunity to blindness doesn't apply unless there's something specific saying it does, and there now isn't.
WHAAAAAT?!?!? I've been playing a light domain cleric (Heliodorus, devotee of the Sun), and our adventure has a lot of aberrations like grell that can't be blinded. This rule change is great to know. That is, if I remember to use it.
In 5e2024 the light produced by Warding Flare isn't what causes the disadvantage, the flash of light is just the visual of what it looks like after disadvantage is imposed.
