Kelemvor is a classic Forgotten Realms god of death, generally considered Lawful Neutral. There are a few others listed here.
The Raven Queen is generally considered part of the Forgotten Realms pantheon. The specific term "Matron of Ravens" is not one I've heard for her, though; that may be part of the confusion.

Matron of Ravens is what Critical Role started calling the Raven Queen to avoid having to use those setting-specific trademarked names in their own campaign setting books.

That makes sense! I have been enjoying the new Critical Role campaign but I haven’t seen any of the older stuff.
Playing a grave domain cleric in my newest campaign. I had him as a worshipper of the Matron of Ravens, but I’m told that she isn’t in this setting.
any suggestions for a good or neutral god of death in Faerune?
Bhall or Bane
love them since Times of Trouble trilogy.
In my understanding of the current divine state of affairs in the Forgotten Realms, Kelemvor is the Judge of the Dead. Myrkul is a deity of death (and of undeath, when both Kelemvor and Orcus are preoccupied), Bhaal is the deity of premeditated murder and Jergal is the deity of Fate and the Scribe of the Dead.
Bane is not in the pantheon of Death. If you want a neutral deity of death, choose either Kelemvor or Jergal.
If you want to go old-school, you could have a Cleric that worships Jergal, the original god of death before he gave his powers to Bane, Bhaal, and Myrkul. His lore is pretty interesting, as he didn't care about much other than an orderly accounting of all things ending. No emotional attachment, no causes, just a harsh finality to all things.

Ah, very good. A sage who has read all of the tidbits of lore from the wizards website of days gone past.
Addendum: I have always seen Jergal as a deity of Fate, with either the Knowledge domain or the Apocalypse domain. The ultimate accountant.

Myrkul and Bhaal are definitely not nice.
