divine intervention for prayer of healing is downright overpowered. what if you were a warlock (or had team of warlocks) and gave everyone in your party a short rest? would cleiric10/warlock X work well?

Hello there! I have too many ideas. I am very impatient am sorry that I am rude sometimes. I love splatoon and obssess over any minmax.I'm sorry if anything I post is unkind or offends you.I'm well aware that I am very weird and I like it that way! call me adam or atomic. check out the never ending arena for good combat! No alts, there can only be one. My mottos:
goal number 1: be funny in all ways possible
goal number 2: be nice in all ways possible
goal number 3: have as much fun in life as you can!
Prayer of Healing is, in general, a great use of Divine Intervention, though I don't know if using it to get a couple of spell slots back is worth the trouble of multiclassing into Warlock. The question would be what else you're getting out of the Warlock levels, and whether that's worth losing out on Cleric spellcasting progression.
I play war clieric and being able to do 6 steel wind strikes in a combat is fun. I just love having some warlock and just love the fiend features

Why do you assume evil ... "serve grudgingly" is a suggestion in the rules. A good character may have been tricked into a pact with a fiend and then seeks to use the power of the pact to work against the fiend, the fiend could then be "trying" to seduce the warlock and corrupt them to the dark side.
Warlocks view their patrons as resources, as means to the end of achieving magical power. Some Warlocks respect, revere, or even love their patrons; some serve their patrons grudgingly; and some seek to undermine their patrons even as they wield the power their patrons have given them.

Interesting concept - do you play a cleric of an evil deity, then? Or is the fiend pact unintentional?
