The voice of authority feature states, "If you cast a spell with a spell slot of 1st level or higher and target an ally with the spell, that ally can use their reaction immediately after the spell to make one weapon attack against a creature of your choice that you can see."
Does this apply to spells that target multiple allies?
For example, mass healing word can be used on up to 6 creatures. If I target 3 allies with mass healing word can all 3 allies attack as their reaction?
I feel so foolish lol. On the character sheets from DND Beyond it doesn't have the last sentence. Looking at it in creation and by clicking on it the last sentence is revealed. Thank you for pointing that out.

It still doesn't and I had the same question. I think it's a UX problem, it should either have some indicator that there's more text *or* display the complete text.

What we can't tell you - what no-one can - is what "after the spell" means. I can tell you there are at least two possibilities for what words WOTC forgot to include in the sentence, and they have radically different meanings for if you cast Bless instead of Healing Word.
Option 1: "immediately after the spell ends to"
Option 2: "immediately after you cast the spell to"
"after the spell" by itself doesn't actually mean anything, so your DM has to house-rule an answer.

The answer lies in the last sentence of the feature:
