Kenku Grave Cleric huh? I've never made one, but the idea is interesting. If I were to build one I would make sure to get them a Scythe. While Scythes aren't in the weapons section, I've managed to figure out it's stats using monster blocks (2d4 Slashing, Two-Handed, Heavy, Reach, probably Simple Melee Weapon). Would be have a vow of Silence, wouldn't even use the mimicry form of talking, just sign language and writing. Would be focused on finding and destroying Undead. Would select the Toll the Dead, Word of Radiance, and Guidance Cantrips. Would always be Touching a Party Member outside of combat casting Guidance constantly, but would avoid explaining why. In fact, would always want to be Touching someone whenever possible, probably to feel safe.
A kenku grave cleric sounds like a perfect follower of The Raven Queen.

Tayn of Darkwood. Lvl 10 human Life Cleric of Lathander. Retired.
Ikram Sahir ibn Malik al-Sayyid Ra'ad, Second Son of the House of Ra'ad, Defender of the Burning Sands. Lvl 9 Brass Dragonborn Sorcerer + Greater Fire Elemental Devil.
Viktor Gavriil. Lvl 20 White Dragonborn Grave Cleric, of Kurgan the God of Death.
I have an Aarakocra Grave Domain cleric based on a Bearded Vulture. Creepy death birds are super fun!
If you want to really drive home the 'grim reaper crow person' thing, what about a Kenku who visits deathbeds and uses their mimicry to carry the last words of the dying to whoever needs to hear them?
Birds like crows/ravens/vultures are also often thought of as psychopomps; a Kenku Grave Domain cleric whose mission is to ensure souls make it to their final resting place - wherever that might me - seems narratively fitting as well.
A PC in my group plays his Kenku cleric as the local grave digger. Lots of sermons to quote. And based on what he has to quote, apparently he’s seen a lot of action. Lots of cries interrupted with violent deaths. “May Pelor protect u-UUURK!!!”
