So I’m thinking on picking up my next level in either Fighter or Druid, mostly learning towards Druid. However, the Fighter Eldritch Knight is also greatly appealing to me, but unfortunately with a some what poor intelligence score, I’m not sure if that be recommended... Curious to know your thoughts.
Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

I mostly wanted to MC into Shepard druid so I can be like a classic Shaman. Totems + Lightning etc which I think would be more fun. However I picked up Magic Initiate at level 4 (Wizard) for Find Familiar but I thought going Eldritch Knight would be useful since I could learn Wizard spells like Identify which would be more useful I think.

I wouldn't worry about specific spells. Druids and clerics have incredible utility as well. With a melee tempest cleric dipping into EK will be a little MAD and 10 INT isn't great for that. Don't spread yourself too thin trying to get specific spells.

Hey folks, so I’m currently playing a Level 6 Tempest Cleric and I’ve been seriously considering on multi classing. Here is my current build.

Why are you wanting to multiclass?
If you do go EK, just pick spells that don't force saves or use attack rolls (a lot of abjuration utility spells fall into this category).
You'll have to give more info on what you're hoping to get from a multi-class.
