Who worships the Raven Queen?

I’d like to play a Cleric of the Raven Queen, though I don’t like to choose Shadar-kai as a race.

Is there any race who worships the Raven Queen as a Cleric?

Anyone can. You don’t need to find a specific race that does, you just need a backstory your DM approves that explains why you do.
