Low, this idiot has learned his lesson, heal him of his wounds so that he may learn them again.
May this brave fool have your blessing, for without it he will surely get himself killed....again. (last word added only for those that you have seen hit 0 hitpoints)
Thank you for the light that drives the evil and warns the faithful. Have mercy on those that have not survived the night and will not see this glorious dawn.
The darkness comes, may we live to see your earthly light again. Should we die before the dawn, let us embrace your heavanly light.

Yea right on. That's good. Not to piggyback a post but would you mind riff off some prayers that may suit a forge cleric?

"As a blacksmith uses heat to temper steel, so should a trial by fire strengthen one's mettle."

Any occasions? It helps to have the purpose of the prayers. But here is one for Artisan's Blessing:
"Thank you Creator for the skill to make this trifle, the time saved, and the transformation that supplies the lesser materials."
"
Like for before battle or going into a dungeon. Not so much for morning or night prayers.
"As a blacksmith uses heat to temper steel, so should a trial by fire strengthen one's mettle."
Hm.
How about "Creator, may our metal hold strong against the enemy, allowing us to be forged by battle into stronger people."
I like it. Thanks!

Ya was ment to be while healing someone and asking for powers to do so, or Blessing the party , and so on.
A few I've used for my paladin as 'battle hymns' but they carry over fairly well:
Prayer of Healing: Where flesh is torn, make as before. Where bone is shorn, give strength once more.
Blessing: When spirits waver, and fears are pressing. We ask you, our saviour, to grant us your blessing.
Morning Prayer: The daybreak, like gold, a treasure to cherish. The new sun is born though yesterdays perished.
Evening Prayer: The light does not die when sunlight is ended. It lives in our hearts and is never expended.
