So I am running a Dwarven cleric of Hanseath "The Bearded One" Whom I am fashioning after Ninkash from the Midgard setting, my question is can I add those spells as homebrew for my game, I am a player not the GM. But I have a subscription here. I dont want to get into any trouble and I dont see Kobold press being added to D&D Beyond anytime soon....Any advice from those in power or the know would be great.

I’m not in power or a lawyer or anything, but I think as long as you only keep it for personal use and don’t try to publish it, you’re ok.
Depend on your DM, if he allowed it you can add and vice versa.
