Also anti-magic field and a fighter with grappling skills. Or any incapacitating condition that they don't have immunity to. Or effects that don't reset on changing shape, such as max hit point loss. Or you can really cheese out and swarm them with shadows.
I thought power word kill could do the trick, but after reading this "You can revert to your normal form earlier by using a bonus action on your turn. You automatically revert if you fall unconscious, drop to 0 hit points, or die," it seems that pwk would cause the druid to "die" which means the druid would "automatically revert." Of course, it's up to the DM (usually me in my group.)

They'd still be dead though. Reverting form doesn't bring you back to life. Since killing the druid is the point - yes, power word kill will do the trick.

RAW 2014 states "When you revert to your normal form, you return to the number of hit points you had before you transformed." So PWK causes you to "die" which causes you to "revert to normal form" which means "you return to number of hit points you had before you transformed." At first glance, I read that as PWK wouldn't do the trick. I guess the question would be can you have hit points and be dead at the same time. But the rules state "A dead creature has no Hit Points." I take that to mean that a creature with hitpoints is not dead. But hey, that's one of the many great things about DND. People can interpret the rules as they see fit.

What happens if I’m polymorphed or Wild Shaped into a creature with fewer than 100 hit points and then I’m targeted by power word kill? You die. (power word kill)

A caster hits the druid with "Hold Person". If they fail their save they're paralyzed (incapacitated). Then another caster hits the druid with a 9th level Disintegrate (auto fail save due to paralyzed) for an average of 107 hp damage. Then a 20th level assassin rogue hits them with a Sneak Attack (auto crit) doing an average of 152 hp of damage (or 304 hp of damage if the druid fails a Con save). Then maybe have a final caster hit the druid with a Power Word: Kill just to be sure. It's always nice to be sure.
If you're gonna go hunting 20th level characters, and you go alone - you're a fool.
Anything worth doing is worth doing with your friends.

The Ancient Gold Dragon from the 2024 MM could also use their Banish legendary action

PWK can kill without reducing the target to 0 hp, which indicates it's possible to die with positive hit points.
