I play a Circle of Stars Druid, and I am pretty intent on my 4th level feat being Fey Touched. The character is a Firbolg, so Fey Touched seems pretty natural. I am very torn on what spell to choose though. Bless seems great thematically for this fate-centric subclass (alongside the Guidance and GuidingBolt that Stars Druids get.) Hex is also on-theme in a different way (fate gone wrong) and makes Archer form pretty ridiculous. And then there is Silvery Barbs, a spell that just screams weal and woe, and whose name is even evocative of points of starlight. Which spell have you chosen as a Stars druid taking this feat and why?
Generally I am a big fan of both Bless and Hex for Fey Touched. With a druid I might consider what you plan on spending your concentration on. If long term you are going to concentrating on summon spells than bless and hex might not get much long term use. In that case I would look strongly at silvery barbs.
Another consideration is how free your hands are. Hunter's mark is V only while Hex is VSM.

This is the first time I've ever seen someone flavor/describe silvery barbs in a way that made even a smidge of sense, so kudos

Active characters:
Edoumiaond Willegume "Eddie" Podslee, Vegetanian scholar (College of Spirits bard) Lan Kidogo, mapach archaeologist and treasure hunter (Knowledge cleric) Mardan Ferres, elven private investigator (Assassin rogue) Peter "the Pied Piper" Hausler, human con artist/remover of vermin (Circle of the Shepherd druid) Xhekhetiel, halfling survivor of a Betrayer Gods cult (Runechild sorcerer/fighter)
I am also a circle of stars druid and was thinking Dissonant Whispers as we use a virtual table top and (2024 5e) gives weal and woe to that subclass as well. It’s that or Silvery Barbs, but depends on the game that the DM is running.
Command is also a great choice especially combined with druid spells like moonbeam, CA and CWB since you can use the approach or halt command to trigger the effects on their turn.
