So question is, can Starry Form for Druid Circle of Stars in which you "shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet." remove magical darkness surrounding you? Meaning for at least 10 feet you can see through magical darkness? Or would this be considered magical light and since you can't really put a spell level designation to it just be considered a no to removing the darkness in 10 feet around you?
Are you're talking about the darkness spell specifically? Only darkness (magical or otherwise) that says it needs magic to illuminate it has that special requirement.
Starry Form doesn't say it is magical but says it replaces transforming into a beast, which is part of Wild Shape; and Wild Shape does indeed say it is magical. I'd probably rule that the light from starry form is magical.

Hey, I guess i'm specifically asking about magical darkness like the darkness spell yes because i'd have to assume just regular darkness cause by say being in a cave with no light would definitely be illuminated by the form.
But ya I know part of the darkness spell stipulates a spell higher than its level (typically casted at lvl 2 but I guess could be upcasted) is needed to dispell the darkness.
Thanks for your response! I guess it would be a specific DM call whether or not its magic is high enough to dispell a lvl 2 darkness spell. Maybe if i'm using starry form at a druid level of 5 or higher you could argue since i have access to 3rd lvl spells my starry form is like a 3rd lvl spell lol.
Dispel, no. Illuminate, yes. Starry Form is magical illumination but is specifically not a spell. Darkness would persist but be suppressed by the magical illumination. As soon as said illumination moved out of range of it, Darkness would resume.
It is absolutely still magical.
As a bonus action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to take on a starry form, rather than transforming into a beast.
"Rather than" means that you are still using your Wildshape which is, as WolfOfTheBees said, magical but you are becoming starry and bright instead of becoming a beast.

Well, that’s the thing isn’t it. It doesn’t have a level, so I guess it still wouldn’t count to dispel darkness the spell.
