I think it is supernatural and not biological, since it doesn't depend on your physical body and you can magically share it. Though only the sharing is magical, so it wouldn't be suppressed in things like anti-magic fields, only the sharing part.
I'd like to add that wildshapes restriction of "being able to use" stuff isn't that restrictive RAI. It doesn't mean "you can't get darkvision if the beast doesn't have it" it's more in the line of "if you're a dragonborn, the breath weapon carries over IF the beast has a mouth."
So regardles of it being magical etc. if you have eyes on your beast that feature shoub be able to give you darkvision.
Actually, looking at the rules again, I certainly disagree with Sutlo, and maybe even with my own prior assessment.
You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them if the new form is physically capable of doing so. However, you can’t use any of your special senses, such as darkvision, unless your new form also has that sense.

Special senses are an exception.
Yes, special senses are an exception.
Personally, I interpret that as "If you are an Elf and Wildshape into a Cat you lose Darkvision because your new form doesn't have that sense." I think Eyes of Night is okay because as a sense it is not tied to your current form. Eyes of Night even gives you the ability to give other creatures Darkvision that don't normally have it.
That said, there is definitely a RAW argument to be made that these features can't stack.
Okay, since I seem to have forgotten the special clause for senses, I would like to qualify my statement. Senses are treated different it seems. Still I think the eyes of the Moon aren't a "normal" Sense like havong Darkvision from being an elf. Since it is more of a Class feature I'd allow it to be used in wildshape.
i would say you get to use it. i think the intent is that if you have dark vision due to your race (i.e. elf) you cannot use that in animal form. eyes of night says you get to retain your class features and that dark vision is due to a class feature not a racial feature. its a feature granted by your god. i don't see why that would not translate over to animal form.

Mostly, I think, because wild shape calls out special senses as not transferring. It does not indicate that source matters anywhere in the text for that exception.

Because Wild Shape says so. Note that the character in question would still be able to hand out Darkvision, including to themselves, which would work, as Wild Shape only blocks darkvision at the time you change shape - applying an effect after changing shape would grant you Darkvision as normal.

Ok so I am a druid who has multi classes into cleric
and am wonder how this feature works with wild shape since I can magically share it so is this a physical trait or magic?

I agree with WolfOfTheBees, the Darkvision granted by Eyes of the Night is not due to your physical form but is a literally god granted power.
